Kariwak has 24 thoughtfully appointed rooms each with its own private bathroom and patio. 18 cabana style rooms are nestled around the pool and the remaining 6 are tucked away in the back gardens, All the rooms are airconditioned, equipped with a safe, a radio alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and ironing boards. Cribs are provided for babies.
Kariwak sits on 1 ¾ acres of grounds including award-winning gardens with over one hundred different tropical plant varieties as well as Kariwak’s kitchen garden. Hotel guests can lounge in the library and TV room near the bar or in the hammocks near the waterfall pool. There are two (2) pools. One main, ozonated, chlorine free swimming pool (3 feet shallow end, 7 feet deep end) and the other One small, waterfall pool in the gardens (2 feet deep with ground and side jets).
Daily complimentary shuttle bus to and from Pigeon Point Beach leaving the hotel around 10 am and pick up at the beach around 4 pm. World famous Store Bay Beach is 5 minutes walk away and Beach towel service is provided at Front Desk.
Morning yoga, tai chi and Qi Gong classes are 8-9.15am most mornings are complimentary to registered guests. Evening yoga classes and private yoga sessions are available for an additional charge. A variety of heavenly bodywork treatments available by appointment through our therapy centre.
Bird watching, sailing, horseback riding, island tours, watersports, car and bike rental can all be arranged by request.

Peaceful Place. A place to just relax and refresh.
The kariwak village is one of the most relaxing hotels in Tobago. While they don’t have a TV in each room, it forces you to enjoy the pools, the garden and the peaceful environment. The restaurant is to die for. Food is tasty all the time and with a changing daily menu, the element of surprise awaits.
Kariwak is a must stay hotel in Tobago.
My view for the day. Always enjoy that Jacuzzi. Cold at times, but what the heck.. The bubbles and waterfall will compensate.
Personally I was satisfied with the whole picture – this place has an amazing garden and great patios where you can sip your drinks and relax completely. The service was satisfying and the staff was pretty good too. I didn’t mind not having a TV set in my room because I needed a complete recovery of gadgets.
I don’t even own a TV so the lack of it in my room wasn’t an issue. I’m not a big tech fan, I love the nature and this hotel is just the right fit for me. It offers a huge garden to relax, I spent one day reading in the shade of a tree ant taking a swim at the pool once in a while. The restaurant offer heavenly delicious food. I hope I’ll be back one day to recharge in this oasis again.

Also, hotel restaurant offers some good food, can’t
really say which cuisine because they haven’t
specifically decided to name it. it’s basically a mixture
of cuisines all around the world and everything is tasty.

It’s an oasis in the middle of the city. Room service was little late every time, but nothing unforgivable.
