San Juan–Laventille is a region of Trinidad. It has a land area of 220.39 km². The San Juan–Laventille Regional Corporation is headquartered at MTS Plaza in Aranguez. Other urban areas include Barataria, Laventille, Morvant, St. Joseph and San Juan. It is the smallest region in Trinidad. The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. Considerably smaller in size, Tobago is well-known for its coral reefs, pristine blue waters and white sandy beaches,the smaller island is perfect for leisure activities and an immersive experience with nature. An abundance of natural reserves in oil and natural gas has made significant contributions to the strength of the Trinidad & Tobago economy—making it one of the strongest economies in the region.
