Some of the Tours offer a trip to this majestic and uninhabited island. From the moment I’ve seen my first abandoned lighthouse in Denmark when I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by these lonely giants. Even though the island is deserted, this was a great trip. It’s only an hour away from Chaguaramas.
I feel so sad whenever I visit Chacachacare. The island is nice, but it’s too dirty, Trinidadians are destroying it little by little. The lighthouse is still majestic.
