Great place to rest and have a tasty Mediterranean salad or a cup of local coffee. Good location and great service.

My friend who lives on the island took me in this place for lunch. Shesha Cafe Lounge has an international and Mediterranean menu and are pretty well covered with any sorts of drinks. The prices are affordable and the politeness of the staff is on a high level.

They are well prepared in every meaning of the word – they welcome guests from all around the world and there’s nothing on the menu that you can’t get. I love that they accept cards and that are down to organized bigger gatherings. Good place to eat.

Being a Greek native far away from home, I wanted to try how our food is made abroad. I was amazed by the taste of Roasted Bell Pepper Hummus. They also offer hookah in many flavors. Our waiter was so helpful and polite he received the highest tip I’ve ever gave to someone.

Every dish was decorated and well arranged. I loved that and I loved the food. The wide range of foods and drinks attracted me and my family to come here more often than just once.

Location

Port of Spain, officially the City of Port of Spain (also stylized Port-of-Spain), is the capital city of Trinidad and Tobago and the country's second-largest city after San Fernando and the third largest municipality after Chaguanas and San Fernando. The city has a municipal population of 37,074 (2011 census), an urban population of over 80,000 and visitors/workers of over 250,000.

The city serves primarily as a retail and administrative centre and it has been the capital of the island since 1757. It is also an important financial services centre for the Caribbean and is home of many banks.

The Port of Spain was founded near the site of the Amerindian fishing village of Cumucurapo ("place of the silk cotton trees"), located in the area today known as Mucurapo, west of the city centre. In 1560, a Spanish garrison was posted near the foot of the Laventille Hills, which today form the city's eastern boundary.

The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. Located just off the north-eastern coast of the South America mainland, the twin island Republic is home to international greats such as Miss Universe 1998, Wendy Fitzwilliam; Cricket Legend, Brian Charles Lara; and Carnival, the Greatest Show on Earth. The larger of the two islands, Trinidad, has a boot-like shape, measures 37 miles (80km) by 50 miles (60 km), and is noted for having an ecological and geographical diversity that is unmatched in the region.

The capital city, Port of Spain, is the business centre of the Caribbean, housing the headquarters for a number of local businesses, a myriad of restaurants and nightlife entertainment like no other. The sister isle of Tobago is a stark contrast to Trinidad. Considerably smaller in size, Tobago is well-known for its coral reefs, pristine blue waters and white sandy beaches, the smaller island is perfect for leisure activities and an immersive experience with nature. An abundance of natural reserves in oil and natural gas has made significant contributions to the strength of the Trinidad & Tobago economy—making it one of the strongest economies in the region.
