The boy who waited our tables had some attitude problems and it shouldn’t happen in a renowned food chain like the Burger King. The food was great and fresh, so it wasn’t a big problem, but they should train their workers better and teach them that customer is always right.
This Gulf Mall branch really evolved into a great branch. I’ve eaten in Burger King restaurants all over the world, and this is one of the best. Food served fast, tasty and delicious, and the staff is pleasant. The place is little crowded, but as we all know it happens in good restaurants.
I received soggy fries and burned meat in my hamburger, but they offer to bring another one, I just haven’t had enough time, since it was on my lunch break. They should be more careful, you can’t just apologize and expect people will wait for another meal.
I LOOOVE their onion rings but they make them too small. Please make them bigger!!! And share some coupons, when I lived in Chicago I received BK coupons several times a week, why this practice doesn’t come alive in T&T too.
