The food is not bad, but the service is the worst. Almost all employees have a bad attitude. I ordered couple of nights ago and it took 2 hours for my food to arrive. It’s like they put in on a turtle to bring. I wanted to complain but they never answer phones.
The place is okay I guess. Customer service could be better, I’ve waited for my chicken long, I was so nervous and hungry and the waitress just kept walking around doing apparently nothing.
I asked for 12 piece, half breasts half thighs (because we all don’t like the same, ya know?) and asked again when she packed whether is it half and half, she confirmed. When I came home, there were only 3 pieces of breasts and everything else thighs and even wings. Bad customer service. Meat is okay, but give me what I ask for.
I love them, no complaints.
I’ve encountered the same problem in KFC’s all over the world. They serve the food on plastic plates with some brownish lines, it looks like they are old and washed hundreds of times, the lines look like old grease. I mean, if you have billions of dollars, at least throw away disposable plates, they are not called that for no reason.
