The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. Fantastic spicy Caribbean food! I had cou cou on my trips to Barbados several times, but this one in Gulf Mall was almost as good as original Barbados meal. My father had some stewed meats, it looked brown and ugly, but he said it was tasty, liked it very much.
My mum and I come here to eat often, almost any time we visit Gulf mall. We do some shopping and then rest and recharge with some delicious Caribbean food. Callalo is fantastic even though it looks dark like they make it with taro.
