The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island in the Caribbean archipelago. The larger of the two islands, Trinidad, has a boot-like shape, measures 37 miles (80km) by 50 miles (60 km), and is noted for having an ecological and geographical diversity that is unmatched in the region.
The capital city, Port of Spain, is the business centre of the Caribbean, housing the headquarters for a number of local businesses, a myriad of restaurants and nightlife entertainment like no other. The sister isle of Tobago is a stark contrast to Trinidad. Considerably smaller in size, Tobago is well-known for its coral reefs, pristine blue waters and white sandy beaches,the smaller island is perfect for leisure activities and an immersive experience with nature. An abundance of natural reserves in oil and natural gas has made significant contributions to the strength of the Trinidad & Tobago economy—making it one of the strongest economies in the region.

This little Italian café is my favorite place in Tobago. They have the best coffee I’ve ever tasted in T&T. Besides the high-quality coffee, they offer a variety (I think more than 20) of mouth-watering real Italian ice-cream flavors. I highly recommend you to visit and see for yourself.
Even though it’s only two minute walk from the harbor, this place was very hard to find. My Tobagonian friend recommended it to us but we were able to locate it after almost an hour of search. My children got cranky but I promised them ice-cream so they were okay. Ask some locals for directions. When we finally found it, we enjoyed delicious ice-creams and premium Italian coffee.
